Recognize
1st Appointment

Recognize is the first appointment in the treatment strategy. This is an information gathering session. I will get to know you, your story, and your health.

You will be heard.

Expect a more in-depth intake than you've ever had with a doctor. 


This is where we get to the root cause of your unique health issues. We will do physical exams, run blood work, listen to your chief concerns and make a strategy and plan for your health going forward. 


Don't worry, I don't always take away your gluten or your coffee. You and I will make the best treatment plan for you.

This appointment is up to 75 minutes in duration.

Investment: $250.00. Direct insurance billing available.

Reset

2nd Appointment

Reset is where the work starts! I give you the plan of action informed by your preferences and choices. This is the second step in your treatment strategy. The treatment may include diet, exercise, acupuncture, herbal medicine and more.
This program will be completely individualized to your goals. 

We also will do any remaining physical exams, and discuss your blood work results, and set up a future plan for how many times to check in thereafter.

Investment: $225.00. Direct insurance billing available.

Follow-up Appointment

Check in appointment as recommended by the doctor.

To reaffirm the treatment plan, or redirect to better suit your needs.

You are starting to feel better, and that is great! How do you maintain that momentum? These check ins are designed to keep you motivated and on track.

Did something new pop up for you? 

Here we adjust or follow up on the program and add to your symptom picture. 

Available for 30 or 60 minute check-ins. 

As we move through treatment, your appointments become less  expensive. You still have the same access to me, the same amount of time per appointment, but as we move through the process the cost to you decreases. Woohoo!

Follow up care

Be radiant! You are feeling consistently well and you have made new habits that have lead to a vibrant life. Congratulations!

This time is very important: once you've unlocked your health, we need to try to maintain it easily throughout your regular life. We also need to keep your momentum going strong!
 
This is the time to stay connected through programs, social media, and check ins from me to keep going strong and making great choices to be able to radiate through your life.
